SCR7是DNA连接酶IV的抑制剂,DNA连接酶IV负责通过非同源末端连接(NHEJ)修复通路
来恢复DNA双链断裂(Srivastava et al.)。研究发现SCR7在抑制癌细胞生长并对未来的癌症治疗具有潜在影响,因此最近在很多文献报道中对其进行了深入研究(Hosoya & Miyagawa;John et al.)。
