促血小板生成素
概述
血小板生成素（TPO）是体外和体内巨核细胞生成和血小板生成的关键调节因子。TPO刺激巨核细胞的增殖和成熟，并在调节体内循环血小板水平方面发挥重要作用(Bartley等；de Sauvage等人；福斯特等人；Sohma等人)。TPO还能促进造血干细胞和原始多系祖细胞的存活、自我更新和扩增。它通常与其他细胞因子如干细胞因子（SCF）和Flt3/Flk-2配体一起用于促进培养的原始造血细胞的扩增（Hitchcock & Kaushansky）。TPO受体c-Mpl在巨核形成的所有阶段都有表达，从造血干细胞和祖细胞到成熟血小板（Ng等）。
