小鼠抗人、恒河猴、食蟹虫CD14单克隆IgG2a抗体
M5E2抗体与CD14反应,CD14是一种约53 - 55 kDa的gpi锚定跨膜糖蛋白,在外周血单核细胞和巨噬细胞表面高水平表达,在粒细胞表面低水平表达。CD14在单核/巨噬细胞和粒细胞之间的表达水平相差约10倍,这使得CD14成为区分这些细胞群的有用标记物。CD14也存在于组织巨噬细胞、朗格汉斯细胞和树突状细胞中。CD14是脂多糖(LPS)复合物和血清脂多糖结合蛋白的高亲和力受体,并通过作为tlr4和MD-2的共受体,在革兰氏阴性病原体的免疫反应中调节脂多糖依赖的信号转导。这触发NF-kappa-B的激活、细胞因子的分泌和炎症反应的诱导。CD14的两种可溶形式也被描述(~48和~55 kDa)。
