小鼠血管紧张素转换酶2 (ACE2) ELISA试剂盒为定量检测和测量血清、血浆、细胞培养上清和组织匀浆等生物液体中的小鼠血管紧张素转换酶2 （ACE2）开发。

ACE2是一种I型整合膜蛋白，在毛细血管丰富的器官如肺、心脏、血管、肾脏、肝脏和胃肠道中高表达。ACE2受体是SARS-CoV-2刺突（S）糖蛋白的靶标，这种相互作用允许病毒进入宿主细胞，使ACE2成为抗病毒治疗的潜在靶点。

该检测基于夹心ELISA方法，样本被添加到预先包被了ACE2特异性捕获抗体的ELISA可拆酶标板上。添加生物素化检测抗体以识别被捕获的ACE2，然后添加链霉亲和素-辣根过氧化物酶，该酶可与生物素化抗体结合。添加显色酶底物3,3 ‘,5,5 ’四甲基联苯胺（TMB）可得到着色产物，颜色强度与样本中ACE2的浓度成正比。ACE2的浓度通过和平行检测中连续稀释的标准品进行比较来确定。

The reportable range (the concentration range in which measurement of the analyte can be done with the highest precision, accuracy, and linearity) of this assay is 6.25 - 400 pg/mL. The lower limit of detection (LLD) of this assay is 1.56 pg/mL. This is the lowest protein concentration that could be differentiated from zero as determined by the mean OD value of 20 replicates of the zero standard added by their three standard deviations. The intra- and inter-assay precision (CV) of this assay are < 8% and < 10%, respectively. This assay has high specificity for the detection of mouse ACE2. No significant cross-reactivity or interference is known to occur between mouse ACE2 and analogues.
