选择即用型、符合伦理的人原代单核细胞，包括经典单核细胞（CD14+CD16-CD56-）、中间单核细胞（CD14+CD16+CD56-）和非经典单核细胞（CD14dimCD16+CD56-）。我们提供个性化的服务、定制产品、灵活的交付周期，并支持提前测试筛选并预留整个批次，以确保您获得所需的细胞。
通过免疫磁珠负选从外周血单核细胞（PBMC）中分离出单核细胞。泛单核细胞包含经典、中间和非经典单核细胞群，满足更全面的免疫研究需求。所有细胞均通过机构审查委员会（IRB）批准的知情同意书和方案获取，并采用无动物成分的CryoStor®CS10冻存液（产品号 # 07930）冻存。可根据需求提供额外文件、高分辨率HLA分型（I类和II类等位基因）及病毒筛查报告。采集过程中添加ACDA抗凝剂（枸橼酸葡萄糖溶液A型）。
