概述

EasySep™人体细胞外囊泡（CD9）正选试剂盒通过免疫磁珠正选技术，从血浆/血清和细胞培养条件培养基中分离高纯度人体细胞外囊泡（EV）。细胞外囊泡被识别CD9的四聚体抗体复合物和磁珠标记。无需分离柱，使用EasySep™磁铁即可分离被标记的细胞外囊泡。不需要的生物液体组分通过简单倾倒弃去，而目的EV则保留在试管中。分离后的细胞外囊泡可用于下游应用，如DNA/RNA提取、Western blot或质谱分析。

The Western blot analyses in the above examples show positive isolation of EVs with the CD9 tetraspanin marker from (A) human plasma and (B) MSC-conditioned medium. Western blots were run under non-reducing conditions.

EVs were isolated from plasma using either EasySep™ Human Extracellular Vesicle Positive Selection Kits or differential ultracentrifugation (2 x 70 min, 100,000 xg) and isolated fractions were analyzed by western blot for tetraspanin protein expression.
