概述

EasySep™人细胞外囊泡（CD63）阳性分选试剂盒通过免疫磁珠阳性分选，从血浆/血清和细胞培养条件培养基中分离高纯度人细胞外囊泡。细胞外囊泡被识别CD63的四聚体抗体复合物和磁珠标记。标记的细胞外囊泡无需细胞分选柱，使用EasySep™磁铁即可分离。不需要的生物液体组分通过简单倾倒弃去，而所需的EV则保留在试管中。分离的细胞外囊泡可用于下游应用，如DNA/RNA提取、Western印迹或质谱分析。

The Western blot analyses in the above examples show positive isolation of EVs with the CD63 tetraspanin marker from (A) human plasma and (B) MSC-conditioned medium. Western blots were run under non-reducing conditions.

EVs were isolated from plasma using either EasySep™ Human Extracellular Vesicle Positive Selection Kits or differential ultracentrifugation (2 x 70 min, 100,000 xg) and isolated fractions were analyzed by western blot for tetraspanin protein expression.
