Use the Double Chamber Slide Kit for the culture, fixation, and staining of collagen-based cultures. The included MegaCult™-C Double Chamber Slides (Catalog #04813) are optimal for performing colony assays and detecting hematopoietic progenitor cells in collagen gels using MegaCult™-C, or other collagen-based media. The chamber slide system allows culture, fixation, and immunocytochemical staining of hematopoietic colony assays to be performed on the same slide. Following culture, use the Filter Cards and Spacers (Catalog #04911) to dehydrate collagen-based gels. With 48 double chamber slides, 48 filter cards, and 48 spacers, the kit provides sufficient components to perform 24 duplicate assays or 48 single assays. For your convenience, kit components can also be purchased individually.
