总览

Axygen® 薄壁 PCR 管可用于聚合酶链式反应 (PCR) 和实时荧光定量 PCR (qPCR) 实验、逆转录应用等。超薄管壁可在各种热循环仪中实现精确一致的热传递。这些不含 RNase/DNase、无热原且非无菌的管提供平盖或圆盖设计。平盖设计可确保紧密密封，减少样品蒸发，并易于标记样品；圆盖则可提高热传递效率。
