克隆1A7是一种小鼠单克隆抗体,可与人Vimentin反应,Vimentin是一种III类中间丝蛋白,由α-螺旋区域连接形成卷曲螺旋结构,可增强细胞的机械抗性。可在需要检测Vimentin的应用中使用1A7克隆。经验证可用于免疫细胞化学(ICC)。
Vimentin在间充质细胞中表达,并介导多种功能,包括细胞粘附、信号传导和迁移。据报道,Vimentin纤维与Cdc42、Rac1和14-3-3蛋白家族等信号蛋白相互作用,提示其在信号转导过程的调控中发挥作用。这种结构蛋白还参与组织纤维化发展过程中LARP-6依赖性胶原mRNA的结合与稳定。虽然被视为间充质来源细胞的标志物,但该蛋白在肿瘤检测(如某些肉瘤与癌的鉴别诊断)中亦具有重要价值。

Nuclei were counter-stained with DAPI (blue). Inset shows cells labeled with Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Antibody, Clone MOPC-21 (Catalog #60070), followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Antibody, Polyclonal, iFluor™ 568 (with DAPI staining).
