概述
STEMdiff™心肌细胞冷冻培养基可用于冷冻保存来自人类多能干细胞（hPSCs）的心肌细胞，并维持在STEMdiff™心肌细胞维持培养基（目录#05020）中。STEMdiff™心肌细胞解离试剂盒（目录#05025）需要在冷冻前解离心肌细胞。使用STEMdiff™心肌细胞支持培养基（目录#05027）解冻后，心肌细胞可用于各种下游应用和分析。该培养基支持使用STEMdiff™心室心肌细胞分化试剂盒（目录#05010）或STEMdiff™心房心肌细胞分化试剂盒（目录#100-0215）生成的hscs衍生心肌细胞。
