半固态克隆的好处:

•从半固体培养基中获得的菌落具有很高的单克隆可能性,与有限稀释克隆相比,可以在更短的时间内使用更少的资源生成克隆细胞系。
•菌落可以通过人工或机器人方法轻松地从半固体培养基中挑选出来,并分散到液体培养基中进行筛选和扩增。
